1. Pet Policy: With the exception of service animals, we do not allow other pets inside the premises to maintain cleanliness and safety.

2. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service. This includes but is not limited to behavior that violates our policies or causes significant disruption to other guests.

3. Late Policy: If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. If you are up to 20 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate your appointment, but the duration of your service will be shortened accordingly, and no refunds will be provided. Being more than 20 minutes late will result in the cancellation of your appointment without refund.

4. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, a 20% fee based on the original service price will be charged.

5. Refund Policy: All purchased services are non-refundable. In case of allergic reactions, services can be exchanged for other treatments.

6. Gratuity: Gratuity for services provided by hair, nail, and lash technicians is at the discretion of the guest, based on the quality of service and professionalism. Your gratuity directly reflects your satisfaction with their service and encourages them to provide exceptional service.

7. Massage Techniques: The focus of scalp treatments is to relax the scalp and head muscles through gentle massage techniques, promote blood circulation, and relieve stress and fatigue, rather than medical massage.

8. Scalp Care is Not Medical Treatment: While scalp care services are provided at the salon, they are not equivalent to medical diagnosis and treatment by a doctor. If you have severe scalp issues such as persistent dandruff, itching, redness, or other discomfort, you should consult a doctor and seek professional treatment at a medical facility.
